Return and Refund Policy
We, Nini SumohandoyoTM (“NS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), hope you as the buyer (“Buyer” “you” or “your”) will be delighted with your order from us. However, you will may apply for return of the purchased item (“Purchased Item”) and/or refund to us, subject to the terms and conditions of this Return and Refund Policy as follows:

The Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Purchased Item to NS in the following circumstances:
- The Purchased Item has not been received by the Buyer;
- The Purchased Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- The Purchased Item received by the Buyer is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
- The Purchased Item is in the same condition that the Buyer received it;
- The Purchased Item is unworn or unused in its original packaging;
- NS has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification of the Purchased Item (e.g. wrong item, size, colour, etc.) to the Buyer;
- The item delivered to the Buyer is totally different from the Purchased Item;
- The Purchased Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered); or
- Empty/suspicious parcels.

To apply for return and/or refund of the Purchased Item, the Buyer will also need the receipt or proof or purchase of the Purchased Item.

Any form of sale items (items that were bought using discount voucher, final sale items, flash sale) are not returnable and/or refundable.

We only offer and accept a refund of the Purchased Item in the form of our store credits at the same selling price of the Purchased Item.

The Buyer must fill out the Google form provided in NS’s Website to proceed with the return and/or the refund of the Purchased Item, and submit it along with Video Proof or Google Drive link of the Video Proof no later than [15 (fifteen)] calendar days upon receipt of the Purchased Items (i.e. your order was arrived 5thApril, you have until 20th April to apply for the return/refund).

When NS receives an application from the Buyer for the return of the Purchased Item and/or refund, NS will review and verify each application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Buyer’s application may be acceptable or not. Upon verification, NS will send an email to the Buyer informing them whether the application for the return and/or refund has been approved or rejected. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that NS’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and therefore the Buyer agrees and undertakes that the Buyer will not bring any claim, lawsuit and/or otherwise assert any claim against NS or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

If NS approves any return or refund request:
- The Buyer must ship the Purchased Item to a location designated by NS within [1] calendar days from the Buyer’s request of return/refund was approved by NS.
- The Purchased Item must be returned in its original packaging (with the same packaging that NS used to send the Purchased Item), with no sign of use and alteration, and all tags still attach and intact.
- The Buyer must use a trusted courier with a tracking number to be safe, and the shipping fees, tax and custom charges will be fully borne by the Buyer. NS is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. While for the shipping fees, tax and customs charges to send the returned item back to the Buyer, they will be fully borne by NS.
- Any returned item which is not in line with this Return & Refund Policy (i.e. damaged, used and/or altered) will not be accepted and will be sent back by NS to the Buyer and the shipping cost will be fully borne by the Buyer. Subject to its assessment to the returned item, NS will send the exchange item to the Buyer.
- If the same item as the Purchased Item is not available, (i) the Buyer can exchange the Purchased Item with other item available in our website, or (ii) the Buyer can be refunded with our store credits at the same selling price of the Purchased Item to purchase our other item available on our website.
- If the Buyer wish to exchange with: (i) a higher lower priced item, the remaining balance will be borne by the Buyer, or (ii) a lower priced item, the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of our store credits. Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
- If the Buyer wish to be refunded, we will give the store credits to the Buyer.
- Any store credits from NS to the Buyer will be given via email with the validity period of [3 (three)] months period after the date of email (e.g. our email giving the store credits was sent on 5thApril, you have until 5th July to use the given store credits). The expiration date of the given store credits cannot be extended, and NS is not responsible for any unused store credits that exceed the expiration date.
- The Buyer can only use the given store credits in 1 (one) transaction only within the validity period.
This Return & Refund Policy is governed under the Indonesian laws, and we may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Return & Refund Policy on our website, update the “Last Updated” date and take any other steps required by applicable law.
